Stephan Tschaidse

was born in Regensburg in 1956.

After graduation in law from the Ludwig-Maximilian University of Munich and a period of engagement in a large law firm in the specialties of trade competition and antitrust law, attorneyTschaidse established his own law office in 1988 and shifted his focus onto criminal law. In1997 he became a certified specialist attorney in criminal law.

Attorney Tschaidse’s special expertise is in the field of forensics. In addition to general criminallaw he has extensive experience in major cases, in particular involving corruption,bribery, pricefixing, violations of building codes, capital investment offenses and medical law.

Major lectures include “The new criminal trial on the leash of the intelligence services” at the criminal lawyers conference in Essen in 1996 as well as a series of lectures for the Bavarian Building Industry Federation on the risks of criminal prosecutions in the building industry and how to avoid them.

The journal Focus ranks attorney Tschaidse among Germany`s top lawyers in criminal law since 2013.
