Luca Tschaidse

Attorney Luca Tschaidse studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich with a focus on “Criminal Justice, Criminal Defense and Prevention” and spent several months studying in California, USA.

After completing his studies and in the course of his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich, he worked for several years in renowned international commercial and criminal law firms before being admitted to the bar in 2023.

Attorney Luca Tschaidse advises and defends both individuals and companies nationwide in all stages of criminal and administrative proceedings. One of the main areas of expertise is pre-trial detention law.
