Dr. Alexander Deichstetter

was born in Munich in 1971.

After graduation in law from the University of Augsburg and special training in legal English Dr. Deichstetter served his legal clerkship in Munich. Passing his second state examination in 1998 he continued by taking up postgraduate studies at the University of London (Queen Mary & Westfield College), where he graduated in 1999 and obtained the titel „Master of Laws“ (LL.M.).

Dr. Deichstetter was admitted to the Bar in 2000, in 2001 he completed his doctoral studies at the University of Augsburg and earned his doctorate in law („Dr. iur.“). In 2004 he became a certified specialist attorney in criminal law („Fachanwalt für Strafrecht“). Since 2000 Dr. Deichstetter is predominantly working in the field of criminal law (intermittently having worked in public service for one year).
